Prostruct is a Sydney-based construction company that specialises in the delivery of architectural, heritage and remedial projects across the commercial and residential sectors.

Established in 2013, we deliver new construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects with a focus on quality in all aspects of project delivery. Our reputation has been built on thorough construction expertise and transparent communication.

Alek Djokovic / Director

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Alek has successfully delivered projects across the commercial, residential, heritage and remedial sectors. His expertise spans project planning, stakeholder management, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery within complex and occupied environments.

As Director, Alek remains closely involved in every project, providing leadership from project inception through to completion. His practical approach and deep understanding of construction enable him to identify challenges early, develop effective solutions and maintain certainty around programme, cost and quality.

Alek holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney and is committed to fostering a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement and excellence across the Prostruct team.

Renato Sales / Director

With more than 30 years of construction industry experience, Renato has successfully delivered projects across the commercial, residential, heritage and remedial sectors. His expertise spans construction methodology, design coordination, procurement and project delivery within complex and occupied environments.

As Director, Renato remains closely involved in every project, overseeing construction activities from planning through to completion. His detailed understanding of building structures, services and finishes enables him to identify practical construction solutions, manage risk and maintain quality outcomes throughout the delivery process.

Renato's practical approach to design review, material selection and construction methodology assists in identifying potential issues early and improving long term building performance. His extensive industry experience and commitment to quality workmanship continue to play an important role in the successful delivery of Prostruct's projects.
