Prostruct is a Sydney based building company that specialises in the delivery of boutique commercial and residential projects. Established in 2013, we undertake new construction, refurbishment and fit-out works with a focus on collaboration and zero disruption to business operations.

Management team

Alek Djokovic / Director

As a director of Prostruct, Alek is wholly dedicated to the delivery of quality projects. With 17 years of construction management experience, his principles serve as the bedrock of the company's philosophy - transformation commences from within.

He is personally involved in every project in a hands-on capacity as Director and his pragmatic approach leads to a thorough management process from inception through to completion. Alek endeavours to optimize outcomes for his clients while prioritizing a smooth and gratifying building process for all stakeholders. He is steadfast in his commitment to innovating the company's operational strategies and seeks to inspire those around him.

Alek has a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from UTS, graduating in 2010. In addition to project cost control, Alek has extensive experience with critical programming demonstrating a track record in delivering successful outcomes, within at times, complex and challenging conditions.

Through his unwavering dedication to refining daily operations, Alek actively oversees both current and future projects, provides mentorship to staff, and meticulously manages day-to-day affairs with a focus on excellence.

Renato Sales / Director

Renato brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. As Director, he is personally involved in every project, managing the overall construction process on a day-to-day basis.

Renato has delivered projects across all market sectors, he has a broad knowledge of architectural design and the integration of the building structure, services and finishes. His background enables him to thoroughly comprehend project specification and ensures projects are completed to exacting standards. He works in collaboration with the project team, clients and other key stakeholders to produce coordinated, exceptional projects.

His practical approach leads to a thorough review of design, material selections and construction details to minimise potential re-work or maintenance issues in future. This critical knowledge and vast construction experience makes him a valuable leader on design and construct projects.

Renato maintains a drive and enthusiasm which flows through the company to all employees and tradespeople and ensures client satisfaction through complete transparent collaboration.
