Alek Djokovic / Director

Alek is a founding director of Prostruct, completely devoted to project collaboration and the delivery of exemplary design. With 16 years’ construction management experience, his ideals form the company mantra – Transformation begins at home.

Alek is always striving to provide the best possible outcomes for his clients while also ensuring the building process is a pleasant one for all involved. He aims to innovate how the company operates on a consistent basis and looks to motivate those around him.

By continually seeking to improve daily operations, Alek plays an active role in managing current and future projects, mentoring staff and managing day to day operations.

Renato Sales / Director

Renato has a wealth of experience in construction spanning 26 years. Born to a family of builders, construction is embedded in his DNA. He is a logical and critical thinker who is able to utilize his experience to troubleshoot and to provide buildability advice to various project stakeholders.

As co-director of Prostruct, Renato brings to the team an in-depth understanding of the building process with a focus on details and ensuring works are completed to the utmost quality.

Renato also plays a crucial role in day to day operations, overseeing of all active sites and ensuring client satisfaction through complete collaboration.
